TOTAL FUCKING RESPECT!!!!!!!!! :P

That is an absolute classic analog. It must be very speacial for u to be a fan of JMJ and have the Eminent and Synthex. All u need now is the Jupiter 8 (another personal favourite of Jarre's).

You can hear the Jupiter 8 and Synthex all over Jarre's music. Very Fat and warm analog sounds.

Plz post as many audio samples of the Synthex u can...im really interested in hearing that beast.

well maybe he used the jupiter 8 on newer releases, but on his classical works like oxygene, equinoxe or magnetic fields no jupiter was used.

The Synthex is a awesome synth yes!!! You can clearly hear the Synthex in much of Jarre's music, specially in Rendez-Vous and Chronologie :D
I have some trouble with webspace from my ISP so I have to cut down on things, but I'll put up some sounds from it for sure. Did you get the sounds I had on the Synthex audio page before I removed them?

As for the Jupiter 8, I have never tried one. Maybe I don't need one when I have the Virus KB - it can make just about any analog sound! (thought, I have to use unisonmode 4 to get the laserharp sound as mighty as the Synthex)
