If you dont get ur problem solved here, I recomend that you contact the Access support team. Maybe they will help y?u out with your problem.

Access cant find all problems with their products. So if we cant solve it, contact Access.

They are nice guys that are willing to help you out with no problems.

We at the forum are just users, sometimes we can help.

You can contact the support by

-writing an email to support @ access-music.de
-by using the form on the website
-by calling them by phone

you'll find all contact options under "SUPPORT" on the website.

We have also a online chat forum which has several open hours a day and you can also chat with other users.

One last thing about the web form: PLEASE take care that your email address is absolutely correct. If you did not get an email with a tracking number you made something wrong and the support can't answer your question either.

I believe the chatroom closed just prior to the announcement of the TI.

People, the virus team is awful and it takes them more than three day to Fk'in respond. If you can't help people that bought a $3,000 machine, then stay out of this room!

I have an problem with a brand new Virus TI. I believe it is a manufacturing defect. Time for a recall.

if anything - I got a quick reply (in the weekend!); but the answer ("no spare parts available for a Virus KC") made me conclude I really do not understand why people bother to pay loadsamoney for these synths (other than soundquality) as the aftersales support is quite nonexistant compared to other synthmakes (Novation, Yamaha, Korg) which do keep a focus on their legacy products for years. Unless they ran out of spare parts cause all of their synths got fried at some point.
