octave problem

hello all,
wierdest problem i'm having with virus b. It seems to only allow me to play lowest octave on keyboard. I can transpose up and down, but still only play it on lowest octave on keyboard. I suspect it just a setting somewhere? :?:

With 99.9% probability you're in multi with one channel mode and that patch has a bass sound on the lowest octave.
