I updated 6 to 6.5 (352) and a following problem occured, Virus C goes silent under some circumstances, or only few keys play sound. To fix this i have to turn it off and on again.

Example patch a33 name was ManBass BC or something like that.. (from Analog Filter Sounds with the update) jams my virus allmost immediadly after a few notes.

Allso, i have owned my virus c about 9 months now and it has reseted itself for 4 times now. Saying, low batt, illegal ram, (or something like that, i don't remember cleary)

Is my virus busted or is there something wrong with the OS or both ;)

Seems like hardware trouble. Try reinstalling OS. If that doesn't help the only option is to send it for repair. There's no qualified synth repair shop for Access in Finland so you'll have to send it over to Germany.

But try to reinstall the OS first.

Edit: I suspect that the RAM battery has worn out.

RAM battery? Is that the 2032 battery found inside the unit?
