i was in trouble for a defective eprom on my virus indigo, Access send me in 2 day a new eprom and the dettailed info for replacement.

I couldn't agree more.

My Virus C's mainboard needed to be changed, so I had to send it to them. Posted it on friday (in the Netherlands), got it back from germany thursday next week and my Virus functions perfectly.

That's a lot quicker than some other companies answer E-mail questions.
