Problem with LCD

Hi, I`ve got one problem. When I`m turning on my virus xl rack everything is ok. Virus shows the version of system, and presenting access model, but after that screen is empty. Screen is light on, but i can`t see anything on it, patches, parameters. Synth is working, cause I can play on it, but I can`t see anything on LCD, I don`t know what happened. Anyone knows ?

That's strange. Seems like software problem since it works at the startup. Have you tried to do the init reset? That might work. There's a LCD contrast setting in the control menu and if it's set too low, the screen is empty. But I think that the contrast also sohuld affect on the startup so it seems quite odd.

Anyway try out the init reset.

Actually it doesn't! I've experienced the opposite effect on my rack classic. I hardly can read the startup message about OS version and that stuff, but then when everything is rolling it works fine. It seemes to me that the start up message and the ordinary running LCD are routed different somehow. Was it like this when you got it, or is it a new problem?
