Hi,

I'm having problems with soundDiver(crash when importing patchs in SD and crash randomely when programming(stop to communicate via sysex), I've read all the topics of this forum concerning SoundDiver and nothing have work for me(device id 1,timeout 200ms, etc..)(my VirusC is connected in a SBlive...gameport(wich I suspect to be cause of my problems).

For some Pc users SoundDiver seems to work great.
My questions are for you:
Could you tell me what kind of midi interface u use?
Whats inside ur Pc(chipset,audiocard,cpu,Mobo)?
Whats ur version of Windows?
Does someone use an Edirol Midi interface without problem(maybe im gonna try an Edirol um-1sx(cheap solution??)?

My PC is a P4 2,4 ghz 512 mb ddr, Sis chipset,Mobo AsusP4s533

Thanks.

game port is very unstable with soundiver
you should get a nice midi port
they are cheap and good
midiman has some nice ones for a low price
the 2X2 is 100 $ i think
