Hi,

I'm looking for a midi keyboard controller for controlling all my sound modules. So, I opened my browser and "googled" for it. A company called StudioLogic has a quite cheap keyboard controller: the VMK-88. It has 88 keys, aftertouch 8 programmable knobs and sliders. Is this a good keyboard controller or should I go for another type or brand?

TIA

the thing is with thos cheap keyboards is that the knobs and faders wont record as exact sysex\midi movment as in synths, samplers or effects
thats why some simple midi keyboards cost 250-300 dollars and some 100 dollars.
check out edirol and midiman's\evolution keyboards.
invest in a better one and you wont have to worry about cheap thing falling off

edit:found something rather cheap for you
m audio has started shiping their new line of keyboards
i'l give you a link
