Those who usually stay away from my music because it is too poppy whould try the new track "Solitude". This is a dark song with cynical vocals and throbbing electronics.
All sounds except the very JP-8000-ish sound was done on the Virus C. The JP-8000-ish sound was unsurprisingly done on a JP-8000!
Check it out here: http://blueswan.mymusic.dk - just click on the speaker icon to listen to the track. Sadly you need to be registrered to download - but everyone can listen!
I'd love to know what you think!

Quite nice. This indeed is a bit different from your other stuff, but still this has the same Blue Swanish 80's touch (probably due the vocals). The chorus is nice, I liked that one. I'm not going to say anything about the sounds (303's, supersaws... You'll get the figure, ?hih). But very nice production as always.

Two Thumbs up....
You seem like a very good song writer, and vocals are great. Very dark, brooding, atmospheric??
Nice one,
Jase

I think you're on to something there. I've never really understood why people think we sound so 80's-ish. To me the music itself doesn't sound 80's-ish (well a couple of our tracks, particulraly "Talk To Me" does, but not most of the tracks).
But the vocal IS very 80's-ish I guess. The androgynous vocal sound and the very emotional singing does sound a bit like 80's new wave and electro.
