I could hardly beleive it myself when I received this in my inbox this morning. Looks really nice indeed! I'm not sure how long I can keep this picture up though fellas, I was asked to keep it quiet.
I didn't get the full specs, but here is what I found out;
Basicly it's the same as the C series as far as sound, although it has more poly, new filters, new FX and of course the obvious differences such as the screen and patch section! Also some not so obvious such as it now has USB, CV to midi converter and a digital in/out.
The screen isn't a touch screen, but more a graphical display with corresponding buttons. Why a big graphical display you ask?....This helps with the patching!!!!!
The patch bay looks small doesn't it? Well the idea behind this sounds cool indeed! The indigo3 has a hardwired config just like the C series, but this can be over-riden with patch cables. Once you patch using the cables, you can then save that config with in the sound-save itself! Even if you remove the patch cables the sound retains it's new patching setup (on the screen you can see the signal flow! This is why it has that nice screen). This small patch section also alows patch cable editing for your FX too - again all can be saved, so removing the cables will not change the sound (once you have saved of course). Also the maybe the most exciting part is the patch section allows for adding the Indigo3 in the chain for vintage synths. Imagine using the Indigos midi synced LFOs to control the filter of your MS-20!
USB helps you with creating sounds on the computer, but it also allows you to join 2 or 3 other Indigo3s together for having even more voices! The USB also allows conection with it's bigger brother (which I could not get any info on  ).
Basicly this thing looks like it will make not only the C series cheap, but also the G2 will come down as well!

Damn Hollowcell.......
Im not sure what to believe, given HC's past experiments with photoshop action, although this latest pic seems to be of a higher quality than his last attempts of public mischief.
I think he should be charged with getting the hopes up of Virus addicts, and locked away for life without parole.
Can anyone confirm these wild allegations?

I can assure you that this is not a Photoshop creation! I would put my own mothers life on that fact!
Managing dirrector: Christoph Kemper sent me the picture. Hense the reason I won't be able to keep it up for long. Did anyone else receive it this morning?

I think it's fake. If you look at the two small knobs, right under the mix section, they seem to have a rather large "shadow". Where is the third lfo and osscilator? What about the sub-osscilater?
I have my doubts about this picture.
Of course the picture is fake.
Just have a chuckle anyway :) Like having a laugh at the something awful photoshop phfridays.

BUSTED!!!!!!
Try and deny it now HC hehehe :)
The 'Unoficial Access Virus Forum' is clued up to your shenanigans....You ruined it with your photoshop fakes in the NAMM thread.
And if you really did recieve it from that guy, I think maybe he is yanking your chain?

Yeah, good point. A nice effort! Anyone else got any tricks up their sleeves? There must be some graphically creative people out there who can doctor a quality Virus hoax......Lets see them!

A good way to ensure that no outright lies were told, and of course, to protect his mum!

Damn!! I knew I should have spent more time on that screen. I was telling 303 I started to do some extra stuff on the screen area, but it was taking too much time.
I wonder when he is going to tell his mum

Hehehe, nice pick there Tom. I would never gamble my Mum's life so freely. I didn't use Photoshop, but a free program I got when I bought my digi-camera.
Buahaha! At least this time he really tried. Hoho.
If I really tried you wouldn't have been able to pick it.
Christoph Kemper sent me the picture.
Christoph had nothing to do with this at all. It was actually 303 who gave me the name as I couldn't find any other Access ployess to use. As for the picture....well...that was my doing.
Just have a chuckle anyway Like having a laugh at the something awful photoshop phfridays.
Yeh, it's all in good fun and also to air some of a few of my idea that would make a really nice VA.
By the way, can anyone pick where the patch section came from? (303 excluded).

anyway im sure how the new virus product will offer much more
fully modular interface...
with digital ins and outs as you mentioned.
Hollow, you bitch! (j/k ;) ) .... Not really, you rock! http://www.gobo.dsl.pipex.com/images/gremz/rockon.gif

That would be my dream synth. Am not critically bothered about a touchscreen (although it would be nice!), but a screen similarly like the one you've pasted would be awesome.... Similar to the Alesis Ion's screen size too, but light-blue is an easier colour/contrast on the eye.
Wonder where BenC is.... Tell me you wouldn't prefer that to a two-line alpha-numerical display! :D
A ribbon controller would be nice.... Virus needs more hands-on transducers for interaction.
PS > If something like that came out in Namm... http://www.gobo.dsl.pipex.com/images/gremz/nubatch2/w00t.gif ... I'd contemplate ditching my laptop computer plans to grab one sooner.
Talking of photoshop efforts, I did this a while ago on the Korg forums based on an updated Z1, redubbed the Nucleus:
http://www.gobo.dsl.pipex.com/images/Nucleus.jpg
... but it's a blatant, measely cut/copy/paste effort compared to yours.
Awesome effort, man. :D I had it in PaintShopPro under a microscope to check if it was real (while being wary of your previous 'models' ;) )!

The whole screen is offset slightly...and on top of that the patchbay section looks just like that of the TT24 when they made the computer generated version to show what it would look like...

The patch section is actually from a "real" Doepfer module, but nice try Blank.
One day I'll put some real time and make a good one for you all - that is if I ever get another day away from the studio with nothing to do and laptop in hand.
PS. Directed at no-one inparticular. Communtiy service anouncement.
Please do not contact Access support regarding this Indigo3. It is a fake! The specs and design were created by yours truely. No one at Access had anything to do with this "Indigo3".
Thanks.

Technicaly the whole image is "computer generated", but the silver on the Doepfer didn't quite match, so I played around a little. Also I changed the colour of the screen too, so it would match the blue LEDs better.
One day I'll do a nice one using a pro-photo program.

I don't think their next product is another c with more poly or super saw added. Hope for something good.

If you are hoping for something better than what I have written in those specs for "Hollowcell's Indigo3", I'm pretty sure you will be disapointed!
Just also can compare the knob positions to the old indigo picture:
