Another sound diver issue!!!!!!
Lots of people post here with some problems with sound diver, I myself have never really had any issues......
I prefer to use MIDI with my controller/keyboard. I found USB to be a pain, and also took up one of my beloved USB ports! If you have a MIDI interface with numerous ports, I would say use MIDI. But I guess it comes down to whatever works best for the individual.
Read up on Sound diver, the PFD guide, and also do a search on this forum. Your answer may well be lurking around somewhere....
Good luck mate!

Try to avoid big sends/requests. I never have any problems when I'm dealing with one patch at a time, but whole bank requests can cause it to completely freeze my PC. Avoid requesting more than one Multi at a time as well. If SD is asking you to request all the sounds every time it boots, tell it not to - then just pull sounds across as you need them.
