just wondering why you would opt for the c when the TI will be available soon?
i guess you wouldve got a really good price on the c when it has been superceded.

Welcome to the pits of hell (not the armpit variety, although Juho reaks of B.O. in real life)! :D
Just trying some more creative welcomes out - no offence intended.

Well! I think I will just stick to the classics

I too wonder why you decided on a C??? Dont get me wrong, they are an amazing synth, and honestly, I secretly want a desktop C or KC, damn they are cool! But yeah, Ti is pretty hard to pass up

I never bid on eBay stuff......only use the "Buy it now" option. I cant really be fucked....
And, i think before a C, I will be going for a UAD-1, or maybe some new monitors. Mine are giving me the shits...
Wait, here comes that GAS again....goddammit!

I am recieving the C for a christmas from my parents, I also ordered it before the TI was announced. I am however still waiting for the C to come in to sweetwater beforethey can send it to me. I was actually thinking about talking to my sales rep and seing if he can cut me a deal and give me the TI for a similar price as the C.
We shall see...

i think it would be a wise move....
and there probably wouldnt be much of a price difference - they are going to want to get rid of the the c stock so it might be worth getting quotes from other suppliers as well

Nigel beware......this sounds like classic sales tactics to me. First they stick up a high price.....raise it higher.....you knock them down....you feel great (your getting a deal!)...but ultimately your still paying a high price. God, sales strategies suck!

DIGITAL SCREAMS, understood. But still to get $265 off of it is cool for me considering that it was going to be $1450 for a Virus C. Now i'm getting a Virus TI desktop and i'm only shelling out the extra $200 to pay my parents (they are paying $1450).

 he's going the TI - a move you wont regret mate.
if you rang around with that $1600 quote i guarantee you someone would beat it just to get the sale

Ive deciced not to get Access to redo the graphics on my TI. When I get it im going to get a specialist company (local) to gently wash off the logos and stick on some cool fonts and colours.

Well we'll see....nothing is for certain yet. The last thing I want is for someone to do a botch job. If I buy the Ti on credit then I wont do this...for obvious reasons.
DS
yeah probably a wise move to hold off till youve made payment in full DS.
