Yes, Poly six's are very nice. You can make some great sounds on them.
Here are some Legacy polysix sounds....Obviously the orignial will sound a bit different (wamer and fatter). But its a pretty acurate emulation.
Various sounds (http://www.korg.co.uk/downloads/multimedia/PS6Sounds.mp3)
Bass type sound (http://www.korg.co.uk/downloads/multimedia/legacy/Polysix/P6FatlineBass.mp3)
Normally they go for about ?350-$660USD-500Euros-$780CAD-$835AUD second hand...well worth it.

Well, Im really not sure.
The Juno 106 was tempting, from a price point of view

If you cant get a 2 osc analog poly....then Id strongly suggest the Juno 60 and Korg polysix as the best sounding (easy to use) alternatives. I suppose you could go for a 12 voice 2DCO JP10 or whatever....but i think you'll be sacrificing ease of use somewhat.
I used the Juno 60 and Jupiter 8 side by side and you can get almost identical drones and basses out of it. Honestly....if you cant get the JP8 the Juno 60 is the best alternative. None of that shitty voice failing crap you get with the 106....+ most people recoginise the 60 as sounding a little more organic and warmer.
How can anyone not like this kinda tone? Pure Juno 60 (http://www.bluesynths.com/Sounds/ju60_jd6_selector.mp3)

But it's true the Juno60 has no MIDI? And I am a big MIDI slut.....
But maybe best thing with analogue like the 60 is live all the way?

my mate has one
i think the juno 60 basses are even better then the beasty minimoog basses
a kenton kit for it will go for about 150-200 $

Thats a big call!!! And would be great if you are right, as Juno 60 is much cheaper than a Mini-Moog :)

I dont know much about these.....and sometimes I dont get along well with MIDI.

well using the kenton kit you can get it fully midified
send midi controlers and everything!
a midified juno 60 should go for about 400-500 $ i think.

Well a 1 osc bass although very nice....doesnt hold out to 3 osc saturated minimoog mayhem.....but i know what Tomer is saying. The Juno does great bass.....
Juno 60 can be hooked upto a cv to midi box no problem.
