over at musicplayer.com, someone at namm reported that the TI's are a work in progress, some of the functions were disabled on the display units, there were some lock-ups and stuck sounds, but that the next day they seemed to be working better.

i don't know this first-hand, but it sounds like they may have a little work to do on them yet. the person was impressed with the looks of them, tho.

see - i told you i won't pre-order anymore because of the suspense.

i have no doubt that all will be sorted out and working perfectly very soon, but i'm glad i'm not waiting for one.

I think this is going to be worst then for waiting for the LOTR movie "fellowship of the ring" to come out. But at least we got movie trailers every couple of months :)

I think I'll just pretend that the Virus is suppose to come out in June, that way when it comes out in April it will be a surprise! :)

Hehehe, I will do the same! I have an elektron monomachine that until now has given me headache, time to give it some time!! It do have some of the consepts of TI, like the wave tables, and a cool controller-triger system. It sounds wicked!! The bigest downer was that it did not have any curved lfos, and the menu system is a mess! The fysical controller knobs is useless as expression tools, because they dont give normal values!! Push them down and they go realy fast, or release them and they go realy slow!! Its like they had a preset synth in their mind!!
Could be cool controling it with something like mackies C4 though! :P

I will have to keep the saved TI money for some time, but thats ok by me! The best way to stop waiting is keep being occupied

Ok. This is the news that I got from the samash dealer.

TI is having some problems with the software. Access is going to release TI with in 45 days. That is like March 1st or 2nd week.
