I couldn't wait any longer to get a Virus. I just bought a used KC. As soon as the TI ships, I hope to sell the KC and get a TI. I just cannot wait any longer!!

I check this forum daily to see if a new ship date is ever announced. :D

A couple of online dealers (zZounds and American Musical Supply) are now listing April 29 as their ETA. I assume they must have heard this from Access's US distributor since it's kind of a random date for them to pull out of their asses simultaneously. Since zZounds in my experience tends to be rather, shall we say, "optimistic" in terms of the release dates they post up (not as bad as sam ash though, which has listed "will arrive 3 to 7 days" for months now!) I'd be pretty surprised to see anybody anything actually shipping out to customers before late April.

It's possible though that the April date is only applicable to people ordering just now, and that people who pre-ordered months ago will be receiving a first shipment that arrives sooner.

I'm being pretty patient here but DAMN that would suck ass!

I have heard from where I bought my TI Desk that they should be arriving their first shippment on the 18th of March. I am getting one from the first shippment since I ordered in mid November so I hope what that site posted is for any new orders.

Boys, its a complete waste of time discussing or speculating the date unless someone from access has said 'yes, its DEFINATELY being shipped then' which I would even take with a pinch of salt.

Those of us who pre-ordered in November when it was announced have been given 10s of different dates....dec 7th, 10th, 15th, 17th, 23rd, 29th, then 2nd week jan, namm opening day, namm closing day, and also following all the online stores quoted dates. Turnkey and Digital village have given me no less of 5 DEFINATE dates, ALL of which have fallen through.

The ONLY thing you can trust is when the access website is changed to 'Virus TI now shipping' Until then you're just talking bs and nonsense :)

I got word from a Brazilian distributor that they are having trouble because the demand is pretty high. Not to mention the logistics of world wide distribution.

I haven't see such speculation and anticipation since StarWars 1. Access is eating it up right now. If only they had public shares....Marc?

if you have a look at the original press releases on the access website, they have all been modified to read 'shipping in march 2005'.

Looks like it is time to watch the soncie state NAMM video of the TI a couple of more times to remind myself that this is worth waiting for...

Seriously though, I think if this was any other product I would have jumped ship and cancel my order a few weeks ago.
