I'm sure this problem has been addressed on this forum before. But due to me just recently joining the forum and my lack of time preventing me from searching for possible answers here, I'll just go ahead and ask. I own a Virus KC, M-Audio 2496 sound card, and I run Acid 4.0. Also everything is done on PC. For some reason or another Emagic no longer supports PC and they cant help me with the soundcard. ( there is a post I did on this problem, " listen to this shit " go back and scroll down and read it for details. How am I to utilise Soundiver now? I know I can hook up my KC to another C and receive the library there, but the one person I know who has a C hasnt uploaded yet, maybe I'll wait. However if there is a quick fix somebody knows of, feel free to let me know. It'd be greatly appreciated. Also within the next 2-3 months i plan on purchasing Protools along with the console ( i forget what it is called, the mixing console, ya know what i mean?) anyway I heard that, that interface acts as the soundcard via USB, does anybody think I would run into any problems using the Soundiver through the Protools "soundcard" or mixing console? if anybody can help...........thanks. :?:

I too have a virus KC and can't get sounddiver to work properly on my laptop (win xp). When i request my patches it loads three patches and then dies(it worked with my previous m-audio quattro tho , now i have a yamaha 01X).
From what i've heard sounddiver just sucks on a pc.
Get him to dump in a midi file , then load it into a sequencer and send it to the virus.
P.S:Digi 002 ?
