New Virus owner needs help

Hi to you all luck people in Virus land.
I have just taken delivery of a Virus Ck and could do with a bit of help.

Banks A & B are empty I guess they are waiting to be filled?
Ihave been told I can load sounds through midi with Cubase SX? How???

I am a novis with sequencing etc so go easy on me!

Import the bank midi file into Cubase.
Make sure Cubase isn't sending midi clock.
Make sure Cubase is sending SYSex.
Turn the force to bank A (or B) on in your Virus.

Press play and the banks will load.
