problem with logic environment for virus c

The logic environment (PC LAP 5.5.1) for virus c, at the access homepage does not work correctly in my system. When i turn the knobs, everything works fine for a few minutes, but after a while some of them lose their function! How is this possible? In Sounddiver for virus everything works fine!

Any ideas?
