No reverb present on my Virus KC ?

Hi,

I am having a strange thing happen with the effects on my Virus KC, the reverb is no longer present, the send does not work properly, when it is turned up all the way I can't hear the program any more (as I turn up the reverb send, the volume of the program fades until it no audio is produced, it seems the reverb send is being routed to another destination (maybe) I am using outputs 1-2, plus there does not seem to be any reverb being sent to the program at any time. I am in single mode. same problem in multi mode, no reverb is present. What could be causing this ?

Any tips to solve this problem.

Hi... I have the EXACT SAME PROBLEM.
Is there a solution or is it just a question of RTFM ? :)

What needs to be done... is it broken?

OK - here is the solution.
There is a system setting that turns the delay effects off globally.
When you turn it back on, reverb etc. works again.

Press System/Multiedit and then "next parameter" until you reach the page
"SYSTEM "
"Delay: Off "

Change to
"Delay: On "
