Looks like the manual has been updated as well. Take a look at the date of it - 10/2/05. Would be nice if they also issued just an addendum to show what is different between this updated manual and the original one that has the date of May 2005

addenda will be availble once features will be improved or altered. those updates of the manual are mostly for error correction.

Atleast they do update....and not leave users in the shit. I was thinking of picking up a Waldorf Q....but i wonder how incomplete the OS is. Any ideas?

I had a Waldorf Q rack with the latest OS and the only problem I had was it would hang very occasionally on load-up but you just restarted it and it was fine. Other than that I found it really stable although still scrolling through menus because of the lack of knobs - not like the XT!
