You'll probably be able to figure out on your own what clipped...

LOL.

(This is the breakdown in the song I'm working on today)

Wow, no comments on this? I figured people would either love it or hate it. Or maybe you'd rather care to comment on a more complete song?

Well, too bad, this is all you're getting from this one (it's gonna be an anthem in a year, I swear).

Sounds great!

Really do want a copy when it is finished.....will we be able to order from the site? Or online store?

Still using programmed drums? Are you gonna replace with a real drummer?

Nice one mate...

Yeah, I have to fix the drums. Sorry. Seems to always be the last thing I get to...

Paranoid! Sounds kinda like mix between NiN and MM. Really not my style but quite good "rage"-music.

Too short to acctually say anything else about it mate.

I like it too.

It has more of a raw quality than your other stuff, but that's for the better I reckon.

I know I just said it in another thread, but your Guitar sounds are really well done mate.

The rythmic distortion sound that pops in reminds me of a power drill! Not a bad thing for this kind of tune. :D

Thanks for posting.

Thanks, I'm happy that people like them. I really fret (bad pun intended) over guitar sound, but there's no hidden secret to it: I use good guitars, good amps, good mics & pre's, and experiment with all sorts of combinations until I find what I'm looking for. And then I try to make sure and be well-rehearsed enough to play the damn thing. I spent a little over three hours finding the right mics and their placement for the palm-muted guitar in this short clip. And, unfortunately for the modest home recordist, the gear I used to make the clean guitar sound in this clip is over $6000.00 before hitting A/D.
