Nice one Blay!
And maybe you can give us a real clue as to how buggy the Ti really is, and not just rant.

And after you have done that, maybe you can give us some samples of the hypersaw in a few settings - may as well do some wavetables as well now that I think of it.
Wave format would be nice please. No effects and no shorter than about 5 seconds.
Thanks in advance mate. :D
and not just rant.
But ya gotta admit. If you'd bought the TI now for say around $2000 US and when you get it it's so crappy you can't really do anything with it.
Sure if you like digital-crackle-and-pop-syncproblem-glitch-music it seems to be the one synthesizer you need right now.
I can acctually really relate to people that are really sick after spending loads of cash on something that doesn't work

That's not a fair description of the current state of the TI.
Certain USB chipsets, BIOS settings, old drivers etc may be giving people some headaches, but the TI itself is by no means 'so crappy you can't really do anything with it'.
I am working successfully in two different hosts on the PC, with the occasional hiccup - something I'm used to experiencing anyway with VST plugs of all descriptions.
Aye, Ok. I admit that my statement was kinda rough - althou i wouldn't wanna spend so much cash on a synthesizer that isn't "fully" functional _yet_ (Access will with no doubt from my side fix all of these problems.. They've already built some fine machines).
What i mean is that - if i was out to buy some new gear i don't wanna really read up on if the equipment is compatible with my computer..
"Oh wait.. The Blarfg-synthesizer doesn't support my this and that in my computer.. oh heck.. i gotta buy a new this and that for my computer before i could use the hardware-synthesizer too 100%".
I've got (atleast) enough problems trying to find out if this soundcard would work on with my PC and if i choose to buy that soundcard what about my plans of maybe getting this piece and that piece.

He's not doing perverse things DS. He's in there making our samples! Stop bothering him.
Remember, quality wave-files no shorter than 4 or 5 seconds. :D

yeah HC i agree you're all cunts - funny cunts.
yes i have been hard it making your samples (pfff) - download the demos of the access site until you are old enough to buy one
Ok I said I would give a bit of a review so here are my thoughts on the thing after the first few days:
I have only had the ti for a few days but I have to say that overall I am pretty happy with it.
As you have read - there are issues - some of them quite major - but nothin that access wont overcome within a couple of updates of the OS.
I am having nowhere near the amount of issues that others seem to be having, but heres what I have noticed so far:
no implementation of high sample rates (16/48 max)
arpeggiator not quite happening. this doesnt really bother me.
timing issues. after a period of anywhere between 10-45mins shit just drops out of sync using virus control over usb. admittedly this is running 12 parts simultaneuosly with fx/delay/reverb on practically every channel.
remote mode is not implemented yet.
Using just midi rather than the usb seems to work fine - my flatmate tim was using it last night on a track and had no probs at all - its just the integration part that isnt quite polished.
sound quality - over usb or analog - fucking great. we have a kb, a kc and a ti in our house at the moment and I can happily say the TI eats the previous versions for entree.
build quality is great. everything is solid. pots feel tight - keys have a great action (well as good as waterfall keys can get imo) - and the mod wheels have a great feel.
So there.
