Check that LoPage are set to send controllerdata and not SysEx...

It doesn?t have anything to do with access since it?s just standard MIDI-controller data when it has left your Virus. Check that incomming controllerdata isn?t filtered in Nuendo (check that Nuendo is set up to record controllerdata, i don?t know how this is done in Nuendo) and make sure that the channel on the Virus is the same channel as you are recoding on in Nuendo.

Edit: By the way: Make sure that SYSTEM->MIDI->Panel is set to "Int+Midi" or "Midi" or else your knobs won?t send tweaks out via MIDI...

It'll most likely be that Nuendo is filtering sysex. Check the Preferences>MIDI
