Try this :: Control Pedal port bug

Go into Config - Keyboard 4/5 - Control Pedal and set it to ModWheel#1

Do NOT plug a control pedal into the Control port... leave it empty.

Reset your Virus TI Keyboard (may be needed... may not)

Start playing different patches. Suddenly, the Modulation goes to full. Like the keyboard scans the system for components every once in a while. And upon no pedal being plugged in, it sets modulation to full. I thought my modulation wheel was defective for a while.

I plan to use a control pedal, but it won't always be plugged in.

Thank you for your mail. This is a known bug concerning the control pedal. It is already on the "to do list" for upcoming TI OS releases. Unfortunately I also cannot tell you a workaround for this particular problem.
