Not sure if you guys have seen this site. Also not sure if it's been posted before, but I just stumbled onto it and had to share it.

Some of the mods are so cool! Plus there are heaps of synths I've never seen before.

Yeah!?

That was the first time I'd ever seen a synth made from a toaster housing. :D

Specially liked the silver faced Moog too.

some pretty sweet diy synth and circuit bent sk1 with the joy stick.the casio sk1 is probablly the second most circuit bent instrument apart from the speak and spell i am going to try it out soon plenty of schemes on the net.
if you do a google for mp3 samples and circuit bent casio sk1 you will hear some pretty mad noise
or just follow this link for some mp3 samples of it

if you have an analogue synth you can solder in a joystick to control the filter res and freq using the x and y axis of the analogue joystick, also gonna try this with an old mac joystick in the next month or two, eabyin for one at the minute.
you can always buy some cheap old yamaha keyboard of if you have something like that lyin around open her up and start bendin those circuits.

i really like the circuit bent drum machines they are nasty

here is a circuit benders guide i had no electronics experience but after reading this gave it a go and the best thing is the charity shops and garage sales are comming down with cheap hardware to bent.

Imagine the time it would take though! I think even if I was handy, I probably wouldn't spend the time doing it.

Thanks for the link AW.

sorry havnt got back a little quicker but its chistmas and things are kinda hectic.
my advice analog would be to rob some younger sibling or go down the local charity shops and pick up something cheap a soldering iron is about 5 whatevers (depending on where your from) if it all goes terriblly wrong you can always resell the stuff on ebay .nothing to loose. :)
i hit the charity shops today and picked up a yammaha sh10 keytar with midi and 1/4 out.sweet :P
think i might be too scared to bend it and possiblly kill it ,i will check out the net for schemes tho.
link to some untreated sh10 bent sounds.

You need to link images and mp3s to outside.
The forum will only accept small .mid files.
