Well, after along period of tweaking and aggravations, I finally managed to get a solid syncing arp with SX 3.1.944 and the Ti 1.08 8)
but, for some reason, the arp is still not working well (and usually being late) in Nuendo 3.2 on the same system and with the exact same settings.
I have tested this on two freshly installed DAWs, with the same results.
whats up with that?
Does anybody here using nuendo and can confirm (Ten?).
Thx,
midi.
Hi. I havent tried 1.08 with Nuendo 3.2 yet, I will do over the next coming weeks. Ive been having a nice break from computers and music which I needed to sort some things out, but I will be back into it in the next week or two....will let you know the results!!

Could you please tell us what exact settings did you do?I 'm controling the Ti
via midi cables yet, and SX 2.2 sends the midi clock. Usually the arp drifts after 16 or more bars depending on the patch.

does that happen on playing long sustained notes? what happens if your retriggering the notes every bar or so?
In any case, my issues where\are a little different and related mostly to using the Ti USB facility. this thread specify it further:

ATM, the arp seems to work nice and tight now with SX though (it didn`t before).
my tweaking efforts included:
- Reinstalling the OS and all of my software from scratch (with the standart DAW OS tweaks).
- getting all my usb components to be on separate IRQ`s (witch involved juggling my PCI cards around and hoping for some good luck)
- Removing the MOBO`s USB ports from the device manger and letting XP reinstall them.
- Installing the Ti drivers several times while connecting to different USB ports on the MOBO. that could make a difference! one port might get you better performance then the others.
Btw, I`v also tried using an Edimax PCI USB card but it didn`t make any difference. but I ditched it when I`ve realised it causes some major CPU hit when using the Ti through it.
Best,
midi.
