I got a problem Chaps.....We got our Opera singer coming later to sing her own Italian Opera lyrics she wrote on a classical track...The only problem is i can't import the Classical track into Logic for her to sing on...i also tried to Rip it for import but that don't work either..The thing is, the CD has some right weird data on it some player of some sort,its a original Audio CD from the shops.How can i get the song exported from the CD (which program)

I dont seem to have these issues with my Mac... ;)

Sorry, couldn't resist. I just use iTunes, doesnt seem to have any issues copying tracks from CD's

I've always been able to Rip CDs but this is an Audio CD format i've never seen before....Someone please :?

Copy-protected CD?

If it's protected, it ain't of "redbook" standard. You can demand your money back.

Last option: If you have a CD player lying around, take the phono/line out of it, play the CD and record the tune via your soundcard.

Or record into Soundforge, something like that...

I would agree with Timo's advice. You could put the cd in you rdisc drive and record the output as it is playing into peak or logic.

Cheers...I used an external DVD player and chinched it into my Motu 828 MK2....Sorted :lol:
