USB Problems with my new VIRUS POLAR TI

Hey guys!
just got home my new virus ti polar just having some problems using it!!

after going through the instalation process it asks me to attach my virus via usb to my computer as soon as i do this thou my mouse and keyboard are disabled (bother are not usb).

as soon as i unplug the virus my keyboard and mouse work again?

any solutions or anyone incountered this before???

Hi Patrik, sounds like some sort of conflict going on. Can you give us some details on your system specs - ie OS, hardware, irqs etc.?
