Clicks and Syncing Problems with SPDIF

Does anyone of you use the spdif-out of the TI?
Well, I have synced my Tascam FW-1082 to the clock of the TI with spdif, but i have random clicks in the signal from time to time (like about every 10 seconds). This means for me, that spdif is fully unusable. By the way, im running SX 3.1 and the Virus USB for Midi, but not for audio data (no vc).
Any help?

yeah i use the spdif out going to my 01v and it works perfect.

I think it might be because you have your usb cable pluged in.
