Virus KC TI problems with Cubase SX 3

Hi Guys,

I recently got my Virus KC TI and trying to configure it with Cubase SX 3 on my labtop (WinXP SP2). I dont have any other hardware attached to the laptop. Here are my problems:

VirusController on Cubase runs but sound stops very often.
Notes are played with a digital distortion.

It is very annoying. I am not sure if it is the setting on Virus TI or Cubase that I have to tweak it around.

Any thoughts?

This is a ' feature ' access decided to include with the Ti .Basically it seems the decided to release the Ti with a few ' deliberate mistakes ' and take the cash and run as it were . . . .

Go to the ACCESS (http://www.access-music.de/) website and head to the support pages, where you will find a PDF containing some tips for setting up the TI with Cubase SX3

still no resolution yet.
