Hi sorry to be a pain, Intel Imac Logic 7.2

But I cannot seem to get logic 7.2 and the polar to play the access tutorial song.

I have installed the updates, (The T1 has updated as well fomr the Imac So I know it is talking to each other)) and read the PDf file on logic and access and set up the core audio as it says, but when i loa dthe access tutorial song, I get "Coreaudio plug in virus T1 not found"

I press ok and then the song loads and there is a line across the Blue Virus T1 mc Plugin button. The virus is plugged in with USB lead into Imac

Also i keep reading about the virus Control but dont seem to se that anywhere or the suppose software install on CD

While I am at it, if omoone could answer me this

I have no external sound card and would like to use the T1. Can I get the T1 to play all the sounds from the logic sound sets and plug ins and send output to a pr of active monitors from the outputs of the T1.
Can I use an imput on the T1 to record say a guitar into Logic? and then ply back fomr logic Through the T1 and to monitors,

The Manual has nothing about the ins and outs on the back of the T1 etc

The Virus VC plugin is not universal binary, it is not Intel, it cannot be emulated under Rosetta.

Welcome to the world of Access !

Gah and i got everything else working

it plays my sounds from logic, it out puts everything from the outputs 1 and 2 on back of virus, i can use it as a midi keyboard, to play and record in logic

hmm, so i guess i cna only record one sound at a time, from the virus
but i bet it not play it back to bounce to cd :(

The audio driver for the Virus Ti is in fact a generic USB Asio driver made by a company called Propagamma.
I'm not sure if that is even UB, it may not be, but because it runs in its own program space probably comes under the influence of Rosetta.

Access are still cagey about V1.1 at this late stage, so you can forget an ETA for the UB plugin.

I'll bet they're still flogging hundreds of Virus TI's to unsuspecting customers though......
