My Dark Tune

Hey guys. Wrote this about a month ago...still incomplete, needs more transitions and nice cranking loop. Maybe a couple more synths.

But what is most important is I need more freaking TIME! LOLOL! :roll:

The overall mix still needs alot of work but I'm trying my best.

Let me know what you think. Any constructive criticism is much appreciated.
Just take it easy on me because I'm so new to all of this.

Nice ambient groove to start off with Gonzaga. Reall like some of the metalic sounds that make their way in and out on occasion.

Everything seems to be sitting quite well on my headphones here.

Agree with HC, some nice ambient stuff happening in the intro...

I think the drums/rhythm needs more drive, or needs to progress. Also some more arrangement to make the track a little more interesting in terms of rhythm

jasedee I agree with you about the drums. Definitely needs more drive. Maybe some compression and a bit of eqing will give it that effect you and myself are looking for. There is actually a progression change in the congas maybe it can't be heard in the mix :roll: Definitely a possibility though. As per arrangement AGREE.

I will take all of this and work harder. Thanks very much guys.
