Carrying out midi to .wav from Cubase to FL Studio

I'm carrying out Midi to .wav using Cubase to convert to .wav

Then i'm putting the audio files in FL Studio because i'm very used to FL and know how to add tweaks to audio files on it(effects wave shaping/chopping)

My concern is...would this be good for the final production? and how would this fair live?

Anyone anyone?

Shouldnt be an issue...there is no DA or AD conversion, no sample rate or bit depth conversion...
