man we went over this on the other forum. your hardware is damaged, exchange it for a new one.

worked fine before.. has been working for months and months on 1.2.3, 1.2.1 was very buggy for me though.

does anyone know why i have to kill rundll32 to install ti software? could that be the problem? anyone know fix?

mnj: usually the need to kill rundll32 indicates that you might have spywares/viruses on your computer.

You can try to run MSCONFIG to changes your preferences and kill the process there(and make sure it doesn't come back.

Where did you hear that? I don't have any spyware, and I prefer to get rid of it the real way, not just disable it from running in MSCONFIG, especially since you'll get that message every time you boot up.
