Aye don't sweat it, I look stupid all the time!

As far as my experience.......I've only testing for an hour ...or so..
Very stable...new patches are really good, I like the R bank, the dirty one.
...I like dirty....
They re-did the patch volume indicator. Haven't messed much with the new oscs, but from the mild tweaking I've done... they add way more flavor, and sounds you couldn't pull out of the Virus before....
I'm a happy camper.....time to get some shut eye.;-)

oh bloody hell . . . they released the patch the same day I picked up a large consulting project. I am going to be working 16 hour days until next week (starting today) and therefore won't be able to test this out!

Why do you continue to taunt me Access, why?!!!!

That is a pretty incredible update. I reckon Access has almost made up for the debacle of the early releases of OS1.

yeah, no kidding. I am going through Ben C's video . . . I was excited to see the sound categories available in the VC and then he went into section locking. What an amazingly cool feature!!! And the video is not even half over!

Wow - we had a good play with it last night and were very impressed.

It was THE most productive night in the studio ever!

We were looking for a bass and were on some patch and I just said to my mate "lets check out the section locking thing". So I locked Filter1 and then went down a patch and that was it, a couple of minor tweaks later and we had our bass sound.

I also love the new Oscillators. I spent all night finding pad presets I liked and then changing the oscillators to the granular ones. Like Ben says in the video with some LFO modulation on the granular parameters the landscapes are world class.

Doc, I recommend you work 20 hour days so you get 4 hours a day on OS2.0!

does anyone know if you can do section locking on the synth without using VC?
I havent found a way yet so I guess its a nada, and that I might need to start using the VC a bit more.

I digged myself deeply into formants in 1999 when I bought an FS1R, fortunately those links are still working...

This update didnt do jack for me....my ti is still a mess. Why doesnt this thing remember presets in logic 7.2 when I save a song and reload it?

Why does it not play sound when I load it..I have to power it up and down and reeboot to get it to work??

Im sooo annoyed..grrrrrrr

2.0 is such a huge update! Almost every patch where I try using the new Wavetable PWM, Grain or Formant osc options, I get a dramatically new sound! Particularly if you play with the osc self-detuning and interpolation and index modulation in the mod matrix, with the right wavetables. Wow.

Thanks, Access, you just about quadrupled the capabilities of the TI on us.
