Hi everybody

I'm new here and I just had a good deal for a fault Virus KC: The Mod wheel barely works, sometimes the keyboard fails to work (a lil'reboot does the thing). I'm in Canada and it's impossible to get it repaired by Music Marketing (official Canada dealers). Any ideas where or how I could get it fixed?

Thanx in advance.

music marketing was the distributor for canada some years ago. there are loads of official dealers in canada, music marketing isn't one of them. contact access support, they'll help you out.

Off topic but I really hate Music Marketing. I too am in Canada and they screwed me out of my grace period update for Cubase 5. I wish Steinberg stuck with doing their own distributing.

Either way I hope you can get sorted. I feel bad for you. Best of luck.

I sent a message to kemper digital usa explaining my problem.
Hope to hear from them soon *crossing fingers*

I'll give you an update as soon as I got some news.

To Cantankerous: It's not the first time I hear stuff like that from them: I'm sure that if you shake so cages over there, you'll get your grace for Cubase 5.1

A good day to you all.
