Question about sound banks in Virus Rack XL

I got an used Virus Rack XL (virus C) today. In the single mode, Band A and B are empty, there are no sounds. Sounds can only be found from band C to H. There are only few sounds in the multi mode too, most of them are blank. It is my first time using Virus. I am not sure if that is right or not. Another problem, everytime I switches to Bank B, I can hear a percussive sound, sometime it was very loud. I cannot imagine if that happend when I am playing live. That will scares people.

Bank A and B is "user" banks...the previous user has erased all sound in those banks, just go to Access homepage and download presets again or make you own sounds and store there. I have made my own 3 banks...1 of them have I "burned/flashed" to bank C.

Same with Multi, if none created there are none...

The percussive I think you're talking about some kind of glitch/noise...this problem is veeeery common on Virus synths which I think is very sad, hard to use prg-change in live situations.

Why don't you restore the factory sounds?
