brand new virus user

i'm so happy. i finally got a virus. got me a virus c on wednesday.

i run FLStudio which doesn't rock the whole sysex thing, so i cant update and load patches through that... not to mention im a complete moron when it comes to these things and have no idea where to start.

can someone recommend a good easy patch librarian to use to dump patches to and from my virus? i tried sounddiver but it crashed on my machine.

i have a super-pc running windows XP with a firepod and remote 25 hooked up, the virus is connected to the in/outs of the firepod, while the remote is hooked up usb.

also, has anyone used rekon audio's virus VST in FLStudio? http://www.rekonaudio.com/VES_Virus.php

I can't get it to receive info from the virus and i want to load my patches from the virus into the editor so i can work from both the hardware and software controls.

any help is much appreciated.

If you want to have a all-in-one solution, just download the newest beta
version of SuperVirus from:

Since version 1.1.0.4 isn't really complete, try the beta version.
