Out Of Tune

My virus (TI Polar) suddely starts to play all presets out of tune, aproximatley 0.30 out of tune. it hapend right out of the box and it happend after updating the software. The transpose is on 0 and the master tune is on 0. to get it to tune you got to put the mastertune on 0.34. The onley remedy ive discoverd so far is disconecting the power cord aproximatley 1minute befor turning on again. changing preset or shuting down and emediatly restart dosent change the problem.

im using it onley with midi an no computer attatced.

Ive got some major gigs scedrueld with sound from this machine so it kind of PANIC RIGHT NOW
