Quiet Virus TI using Control

Also anyone know why the volume is so damn quiet when going through the usb? Virus pumps out volume using the balanced out but usb is annoyingly quiet.

I have to check, but what is the master volume of your TI at when you're recording? I had no problems for a while but lately it was quiet?
