Hi all!
As mentioned in another thread, I play keyboards in a band - this Saturday we had our first gig with me on the Virus. When unpacking at home, I noticed that two of the rubber legs are missing; they probably fell off during the rehearsals and I didn't notice for a while. It's not a big deal, I'll make something myself, but it sure won't look sexy )). So, being the perfectionist that I am, I'd like to know if the original ones can be obtained somehow? Or maybe somebody has a better idea?
best wishes,
Boris.

Your best bet would be to contact Access and see if they'll ship you out some spares. You could also probably find some generic rubber feet, not sure where you'd start though.

If you are anywhere near the perfectionist that I am, contact Access immediately. You'll have a freaking coronary if your rubber feet aren't factory OEM issue...

When I unwrapped my new VirusTI I found one of the feet on top of the unit so I can understand they come off quite easily
In fact my Virus only has 3 feet, two at the front and one in the middle at the back, is it meant to have 4?

When i bought my Virus C desktop (brand new), one of the rubber feet was missing so they proberbly don“t stick well. The ones on my laptop keep falling off as well...

Most hardware stores carry a variety of rubber feet. I found ones that were much nicer than the stock MPC-1000 feet.

Thanks for all suggestions ;)
I actually wrote to Access, but got no answer from them (3 days so far).
The only thing my local hardware store could offer is rubber "pads" (is that what they're called?) for a water tap.. this actually could work, although I'd prefer the original ones. Gonna ask local Access distributor as well.
have a great day!

OK, to sum it up:
- I wrote to Access twice, but got no answer - not even a "sorry, can't help you";
- 3M makes something that looks more or less right; see here for example:
http://www.itapestore.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=4
(or just google for "3M bumpons")
- couldn't get them here in Israel, so ended up getting whatever was available in a local electronics store. So they are square rather than round, but the height is correct and that's what counts, right? :)

My first post in this forum, which I just found searching for rubber feet for my virus. I found these on Ebay, they look the same to me, so I have order some.

I use these - http://www.quietpc.com/acoustifeet on a lot of my synths and other equipment that rest on a hard surface.

I don't understand why manufacturers use self-adhesive rubber feet - they fall off so easily! Almost every piece of gear I've seen is missing some of them. I ordered a couple off ebay (there are hundreds of different kinds for 1-2 euros for a set and free shipping from china if you're willing to wait a month) and I'm going to bolt them to the virus once they arrive.

I'm going to use these www.ebay.ie/itm/282129211486
but I have to cut a bit from them because the screws are too close to the edge
or you can use these if you don't want to bolt them down www.ebay.ie/itm/180739993765
or just search worldwide ebay for "rubber feet"
