hi all

just joined today.
got a question about virus TI.
i understand it is 16 part multitimbral, also that
each part
can have individual effects which is of course
a wonderful thing, my question is,
can each part also have its own arpeggiator?
could you in essence run 16 seperate arpeggiated
sequences from the beast?

cheers,

jenkzy

well i think i will answer my own post
mostly cause i can hear grass growing in this thread.
just came back from GC in manhattan and played with
a virus polar TI, uummmm good!
what a geat sounding piece of kit.
i'm guessing here as said polar was not hooked up to a
computer, that as long as you pick a preset that is of the arpeggiator catagory you should be able to use as many (up to 16 of course) as you
like within the V control software. yes? no? maybe so.

of course if any of the so called 'salepersons' at GC had a clue
this post would be moot.
ah well, i love a good mystery

peace

Good luck Bro! I'd definitely get an opinion other than a GC rep.

hey, welcome to the forum. Yeah, each part can have it's own arpeggiator.
