Button Failure :( Multi Mode

I just got my Polar back today having sent it back to get the part right button fixed. However, I can't check if it's working because I now can't get into Multi Mode!

When i push Multi it just send the patch I'm on to Init.

I'm currently trying to do a software update to see if this helps but its getting to "Virus Ti detected, moving to update mode" and freezing.

Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions would go down a storm because I need to get to my songs ASAP.

get in touch with access support - from what you say it sounds like the button matrix is damaged (which obviously shouldn't be the case after the unit was in a service center). drop me a PM if you need further help

A few weeks late on this, but I do remember this happening to a friend of mine. He only worked/works in single mode so he never noticed this problem. One day, when fiddling around with his TI desktop, I noticed that I couldn't get into multi-single mode and was unable to. This was back when the TI was extremely buggy (pre OS 2.0)
