Weird Problem w/ Virus C

I bought my virus in 2003, then i used it alot, then for work reasons i stop using it and keeps it in its box since 2005, and i now i want to use it, but it don't work, the first time that i turned it on, the screen shows the virus 10.11.03 352, but then it don't shows anything, then i try to re initiate with the Shape button, and the screen didn't turn on (with the red lights) it shows the programs and values but without the red light, thats so weird--

next step ill try re-install the OS but it shows the next error:

Error number 1
DSP-RAM failed !

the virus don't sounds, the display dont work properly, i dont know what to do. any suggestions?

yikes, that sounds like a hardware issue. If you've already tried a reset and it didn't work, I would highly recommend that you email access support. Their support is actually really good.

A local technician told me that maybe the problem is an eprom memory, but who knows Im still waiting for an anwer from the technical support in Chicago, because i already get in touch with a german tech support guy, and he told me that the virus need service, and the near location to Mexico is in Chicago USA...

You may need to change the batteries and looks like you lost all the data and you'll have to relod it. I just read about it.
I have an other problem. May be I'm stupid but I cant change any parameter on any single sound (kept pushing value button, rotate soft butt. etc for 2 hrs, no results :) Tried to change attack or decay or reverb parameters. Everything stays at the same set value numbers. Somebody help :)
