i cant set up virus snow

i have everything installed and i have the abelton green n yellow cogs in the right path so abelton know where my plug in files,any way abelton comes up in abelton instruments it comes up as external instrument and when i playmidi it makes a piano sound please help before i give this synth away for free

what os version are you using? I remember reading on the ableton forum that the beta for 2.7 is not usable in live just yet.

You shouldnt beleive all you read - the public betas are working fine for me in Live 7.0.5 on a PC with a TI Keyboard and on a macbook pro with a TI snow and same version of Live.

The only minor issue was a redraw problem.


To OP - what OS, computer type etc are you using?

yeah, I thought it was kind of suspect, but the poster stated that ableton confirmed it. glad to hear otherwise. I haven't tried the public beta on live 7 yet as I am in the middel of a project and can't afford down time if something goes wrong.
