Hello, i have been a lurker around here for a while. Im away from home at the moment and cant get at my virus c but I was wondering if its possible to make an effect similar to the atomizer with crafty patchwork on the c ?

maybe using modulation matrix assigned to delay parameters ?

could i use a key on the c to trigger delay amount, delay time and feedback amount, on a bpm synced delay ? maybe with the effect amount on full to overide the incoming signal as the atomizer does ?

i know the atomizer is probably far more complex than this but, is it just a wicked patch that someone made on a ti or does it use the operating system/digital processors differently ?

I can visualize this as being possible but was wondering if someone can enlighten me as i think someone else would had thought of this before.

thanks!

RYan

I guess nothing is impossible, but I think It's VERY hard to remake that kind of effects without effects.. hehe.

But you might wanna look on the Korg kaoss Pad 3, Roland SP-555 (hardware) Or software like Dblue's Glitch (freeware windows) or Effectrix (Pc and Mac)

I second what cubedecibel said. If you are using windows, dblue glitch is a great product and well worth checking out.
