[unsolved] electribe esx-1 and TI desktop

ive managed to hook the electribe up to the ti and it DOES work as a controller/sequencer... but every note it hits is only a fraction of a second long. how do i make the electribe like... hold the note for longer?

I don't have the ESX, but maybe there's an option to increase the gate-time (of the notes)?
