Virus A software update

I have looked through the manual before anyone gets annoyed but couldn't fine any info on os updates
I have looked and followed the addendum info
Have just found the last OS for the virus A
I am currently on V2.00
I have tried to update using Sysex librarian (Mac)
I can see that a little sysex message comes up between the numbers and patch names. but ot says in the addendum you should see the vrus counting blocks?
I Just dont know what to look out for please any advice would be appreciated

try to hold the <STORE> button when switching the power on, in order to enable update mode ... and then send SysEx.

Just cracked it
The manual i had didn't explain but managed to find another thats great thanks for your help
