Hi Folks:

First post here and hoping to get an answer to probably a few simple problems, I'm unsure how to fix them.....

I am currently using synth Polar T1 as a "stand alone synth" - just to be clear I have not even got to connect the USB connection to synth + computer yet, however, midi cables are connected just so you know.......midi in & out good, recording + playback good....song already written!

Prob 1:
Let's say I randomly choose a sound from RAM or ROM Bank....My Cubase BPM is currently set to 128 BPM. After selecting a random sound from my Polar T1 & I can't help myself + flick on that button for "Arp" - the sound may be naturally playing @ say 140 BPM I can see this in the window, even though my current BPM in Cubase is 128........So, I spin & tweek that knob + bring down manually the BPM on the Polar to 128 I have a good sounding sync, BUT WHEN I HIT STOP button on CUBASE it just happens to revert the BPM back to where it was before 140 BPM - anyway to control this so it says Static? if so please provide steps for cubase + Polar

Prob 2:

Midi volume not always staying static....I have noticed on several occasions that the midi seems to have reset somewhere with the Polar or Cubase after a re-boot or reload of song?....I may find that the slider in the inspector window may have be be raised as volume went to zero on the Polar even though the slider stayed the same digital level - it has to be raised to hear any sound - Hum
