New TI Polar with Dead Key!

just had my TI Polar for a week and last night noticed that the first G key is dead. It seems to work with a delayed response when using arp patches, but otherwise dead.
I have power cycled it
It is running 2.7.3
Any ideas much appreciated :confused:
